1. i reserve the right to decline commissions at will if wished for personal reasons.2. you can use what was commissioned for whatever you please, however, while under personal use crediting is appreciated but not required, in case of comercal use such should be discussed.3. i am accepting of collab commissions (eg. one artist is commissioned to line, and another to color the first's lines), but i do require clear proof of consent of the other(s) artist(s) regards using and working on top of their own work if i am in the later end.4. payment is taken exclusively through paypal, USD (dollar)5. i take upfront payment in most cases, but if you just so happen to be very wary, i will give you the choice top pay either after i show a sketch as progress or by the time i am done and sent you a blurred out version of the piece as proof; final piece will be sent after payment.6. you may not claim the artwork as yours.7. i do not refund. i can however fix pieces or in extremely rare and specific cases redo if satisfaction isn't provided at first.

8. i usually do check for approval through steps of making, but aside from such updates can be provided upon request.9. expected wait time is between a week and three months (the existence of other commissions taken on the same batch before yours are to be considered. also to be considered is that i do live in a unstable situation, which can sometimes delay things, but it shouldn't be a recurring issue.)10. upon commissioning you are stating to be aware that my art style tend to diverge and have inconsistencies. if you have very specific spectances, you may point out pieces of which you want similarities with (eg. type of lines used, type of shading).11. i will, in most cases, avoid commissions with a specific deadline (eg. birthday gifts) unless they are commissioned somewhat ahead of time; if you find yourself wanting a comission that didn't have a deadline previously to be done faster to a specific day, i may ask for a free in order of speeding the process.12. payment plans can be discussed in case of bigger orders.
